What port are FOB prices made from?

FOB prices for coconut derivative products are available at Tanjung Perak Port (Surabaya). For medical products, FOB prices are at Semarang.

Can I buy products with incoterms other than FOB?

Yes, you can. You can order with other incoterms like EXW, CFR, OR CIF.

Does the FOB price include the cost of export documents?

Yes, it does. Documents for export will be prepared by us and include all export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and phytosanitary certificates.

Is it possible to purchase less than MOQ?

Yes, it is possible, but you will be charged in retail price.

What type of payment can be agreed when I want to order a product?
